Booster Meeting Minutes 9/14/09

These are the minutes for the September 2009 booster club meeting. Turn out was low this month. I hope more parents and students will join us next month. There will be snacks and extra credit for each person that attends. Please mark your calendars!
Next Meeting will be Monday, October 5th at 7pm

10:30am Arrive at SG
10:45am Practice
11:15am Pack
11:40am Leave for Ledford
12:20pm Arrive at Ledford-Dress Time
12:40pm Warm Up / Pit Staging
1:15pm Gate time
1:20pm Perform
1:40pm Pictures / Undress / Load Trailer
2:00-5:30pm Dinner at the competition: Bring money (at least $10)
5:30pm Awards
6:15pm Leave for SGHS
7:00pm Arrive at SGHS

Practice
September 21st, 2009 by Mrs. Batts
We will not have practice this Tuesday, September 22nd because of the early release day.
We will instead have practice on Wednesday, September 23rd from 3:45pm to 5pm.
Practice on Thursday will be at our regular time 4:30pm to 7pm.
Remember our next home game is this Friday, September 25th!

· Turn left out of the student parking lot onto Wall Road.
· Go ½ mile on Wall Road
· Go over the bridge
· Up the hill
· The sign and entrance for Southwest Park will be on the left.
