Itinerary for W. Alamance Competition

9:30am Arrive at SG
9:45 am Practice
10:35am Pack and Snack
11:00am Leave for WA
12:10pm Arrive at WA
12:15pm Arrive/Unload Trailer/ Dress
1:00pm Warm Up / Pit Staging
2:00pm Gate time
2:15pm Perform
2:30pm Pictures / Undress / Load Trailer
4:15pm WA Exhibition
5:00pm Awards
5:45pm Leave for SGHS
6:45pm Arrive at SGHS
   

Directions to W. Alamance

1.         Head east on I-85 N

2.         Take exit 140 for University Dr toward Elon

3.         Turn left at University Dr

4.         Continue on Cook Rd

5.         Turn right at W Haggard Ave/NC-100

6.         Turn left at University Dr

7.         Turn left at Shallowford Church Rd

8.         Turn left at NC-87

9.         Western Alamance High School

  1. Permission Slip
  2. Instrument
  3. Flags
  4. Mouthpiece
  5. Reeds
  6. Marching Shoes
  7. Gloves
  8. Black socks
  9. Change of clothes- Los Cuervos T-shirt
  10. Lunch ~ Snacks
  11. Money for Snacks (Concession stands will be open)

 

Remember:

  1. Remove all jewelry
  2. Section leaders KEEP YOUR UNIFORMS. You will need them for the awards ceremony.
  3. You will change out of the uniform after we perform, so
    BRING CLOTHES TO WEAR
  4. If you are going to leave early, you MUST have a parent note or your parent must come talk to me in person.
