Happy New Year!

It’s time to get started again.  The next booster meeting is next Monday, Jan. 11^th at 7pm.  We need to discuss:

Band Banquet on  Thursday, Jan. 14^th
-Ordering Chicken
-Think of ideas for senior gifts- Email me your ideas now!
-Families are asked to bring a side dish, dessert, or beverage
-Need to order cake with senior names and picture

MLK Parade (Monday, Jan. 18^th)
-Practices are this Tuesday, Jan. 5^th and Thursday, Jan. 7^th 3:45pm to 5pm
-Transportation
-Times

World’s Finest Chocolate Fundraiser- Need to start ASAP

Pizza Inn Fundraiser (Thursday, Jan. 28^th)
-I will put up a sign up sheet Tuesday, Jan. 5^th
-Split up into 2 shifts: First shift is 4:30pm-6:45/ Second Shift is 6:45pm-9pm
-Need Parent Volunteers! Three Parents per shift

Dinner and A Show- TBA (Early March)
-I am working on a date and place; should have an idea before the meeting
-Tickets need to go out end of Jan. early Feb.
-Price Table Clothes
-Price plates and cutlery

***If anyone has pictures of the band from this marching band season can you please email them to me or burn them on a disk!  I need them for the slide show. ***

Hope to see you there! We really need your help and opinions to make this band better!  Remember Mrs. VanDine provides snacks and a raffle to win goodies!
