Students:

• Students need to arrive at the church no later the 5:30pm on Thursday, March 4^th
• Students should wear all black- black shirt and pants: NO Jeans or T-Shirts!
• This is a required performance and will count 30% of total grade

Trailer:

• Mr. Parrish will pull it with his Jeep. 
• He will be at the HS on Wednesday at 8pm

Food Pick Up:

• The Cutchins will pick the food up from Pavillion at 5:30pm Thursday
• I called Pavillion and they said that the food should all fix
  • If the food does not fit into their van they will call Mrs. VanDine as back up
  • I have upped the number of dinners with the caterer by an extra 10
• There will only be a limited number of dinners available to buy at the door! You can still buy show only tickets at the door for $5.oo

Coffee and Cake:

• Mrs. Fredere’s friend will be making three 50 sliced, white cakes with chocolate and vanilla icing
• Mrs. Fredere will bring the cakes
• Mrs. Fredere will also bring the coffee, crème, and sugar
• Mrs. Crow- Can you make the coffee at the event?

Envelopes:

• Mr. Parrish

Coat Check:

• Emily is making the numbers for the hangers
• Mrs. Fredere donated the hangers

Door Prizes

• Mrs. VanDine will make a viewable (non-wrapped) prize table that winners can choose their prize
• If you have a door prize to donate, bring to school by Wednesday so Mrs. VanDine can have it ready to present

Next Booster Meeting: Monday, April 12^th @ 7pm
