Monday, October 25th:
GCS Rain Date for the Bands Jamboree at Southeast Guilford HS

Students will meet in the Band Room after school and get dressed in their bibs and help load instruments on the trailer  (parked in the parking lot not in the lane).  Wind players will be able to leave class at 3:15pm Monday afternoon.

We will leave around 4:15pm and arrive at SEGHS around 4:35pm.  SEGHS will not allow any parents personal vehicles into the bus parking area unless they are carrying equipment. If they are simply following the band over, SE will direct them to the appropriate parking lot. For people that have to park in the front of the school, SE is going to try to have golf carts and/or an open hallway to make the walk to the stadium easier. When we get to SE we will get dressed and unload the trailer.  Our Warm Up Time is from 5:15-5:45pm and we must be ready at that time.  We must be at the Gate at 5:55pm and we perform at 6pm.

We are staying for the whole event.  We will leave around 9:25pm and will return to SG about 9:45pmStudents need to bring money for dinner $10.

If you are planning to take your student home, and they are not going back to the school with the band, then I need a note.
