I wanted to remind everyone that there is an A Band basketball game tonight, Wednesday, January 26th. Students should arrive by 5:30pm wearing their band polo. The remaining full basketball schedule is listed below. It contains the makeup dates from the snow days.

Trip Information
The final payment of $165 for the Orlando Trip is due next Tuesday, February 1st. All money for the trip is due this day. Students are able to use their Band Bucks; just remember to fill out the Band Buck Form from the website: http://www.sgband.org/band-boosters/2011-disney-trip or I can give you a copy. If you are planning on using money from the current candy sale, that money must be turned in to be counted.
If you have any concerns about paying or the candy sale please let me know on an individual basis as soon as possible so we can come up with a solution.
The cost for the Parent/Chaperone is:
$270 for a triple occupancy room*
$310 for a double occupancy room*
This includes your hotel for two nights, two day park hopper passes for Disney, and breakfast for three mornings.
*Important: Everyone’s (students and parents) trip cost may go up (hopefully not much) because there are less students signed up to go than originally thought (30 instead of the projected 45). The cost of the bus is a fixed expense, so if more students go then the cost is less for everyone, if less students go then the cost is more for everyone.
