I hope everyone is enjoying their summer!

I wanted to remind you that next Monday, July 25^th, Guard and Percussion Camps begin at 5pm and go till 9pm.  This will go on from Monday to Thursday.

Our Mandatory Start Up Meeting for ALL Students with a Parent will also be Monday, July 25^th at 6:30pm in the SGHS Auditorium. We go over important information about the season and need everyone in attendance!!! 

Band Camp for All Students will begin August 1^st from 8am-5:30pm.  This will continue from Monday-Thursday.

Some have already paid your second installment of general dues through PayPal on our website www.sgband.org.  All fees and general dues are due by Monday, August 8^th.

Guard Remainder Balance: $105
New Band Members: Approx. $80 in supplies and $30 in dues
Returning Band Members: Approx. $20 in supplies and $30 in dues. 

DCI Trip:
For those who bought tickets and are going we will meet at the school at 4pm, Sunday, July 31^st.  If you are riding with Mrs. Batts or Ms. Fredere please bring a note from you parent saying that you have permission.  The event ends around 10:30pm so we should be returning to SGHS around 12am.  Bring money for dinner at the concession stands at the event. 

We are going to have an amazing show this year and I am really glad that you are going to be a part of history for SGHS!
