First Home Game Dinner and GCS Band Festival Tickets

Friday, September 9th

Friday is our first home game.  We will practice right afterschool until 5:15pm.  For the first home game we will have a kickoff pizza dinner in the aux. cafeteria from 5:30pm-6:15pm.  Students and parents are invited.  It is $2 per person.  We ask that each family brings a 2-liter drink. I need to know the numbers and payment by this Thursday. I think a few families said they would also bring dessert. 

For the first game we will wear our Show Shirts and Jeans.  The jeans must be pants; blue with no holes or large print writing.

GCS Band Festival

 The GCS Band Festival is coming up as well.  Pre-event tickets are $6.  Tickets at the gate are $8 per person. 

If you are scheduled to help that day I need you at the Southern by 4pm to help get students dressed and load instruments/props. 

The event begins at 5pm at Southeast Guilford High School:

I need all pre-event tickets by this Friday, September 9th. Or you can go to http://kidsvotingmarchingbandfestival.eventsbot.com/ and order tickets under Southern Guilford High School until Saturday, September 17th.  Your tickets will be available at will call. 

GCS Employees DO NOT get in for free with badge since it is hosted by a nonprofit organization.
