Senior Night Game and Ragsdale Band Competition Information

Itinerary for Senior Night Game Oct. 28th

6pm – Students Arrive to Southern- No Dinner

6:15pm- Dress

6:30pm- Warm Up

7:00- Line up to go watch football senior presentations

7:20- National Anthem

7:30- Game begins

Halftime- Fall Sports/ Including Band Senior Presentations

Game Ends and Band Performs at the End of the Game

1:45pm Leave for Ragsdale
2:10-2:35pm Arrive at Ragsdale-Dress Time
2:40-3:15pm Warm Up / Pit Staging
3:25pm Gate time
3:30pm Perform
3:45pm Pictures / Load Trailer- Stay in uniform!!!
4:00-4:30pm Dinner at the competition: Bring money (at least $10)
4:30pm Awards
5:10pm Leave for SGHS
5:30pm Arrive at SGHS

       Change of clothes (Jeans and Show Shirt)

       Water Bottles

       Healthy Snack/Lunch

       Money for Dinner and Snacks (Concession stands will be open)

Remember:

 

  1. Remove all jewelry
  2. Section leaders KEEP YOUR UNIFORMS. You will need them for the awards ceremony.
  3. You will change out of the uniform after we perform, so
    BRING CLOTHES TO WEAR~ Show Shirt and Jeans.
  4. If you are going to leave early, you MUST have a parent note or your parent must come and talk to me in person.

 Head north on Drake Rd/State Road 1137 toward State Road 1132/Wall Rd

Continue to follow Drake Rd

    

2.

 Take the 2nd left onto Burnetts Chapel Rd/State Road 1131    

3.

 Turn left at Kivett Dr/State Road 1113    

4.

 Turn right at State Road 1480/Vickrey Chapel Rd    

5.

 Turn left at Vickrey Chapel Rd    

6.

 Turn right at Lucy Ragsdale School Rd/State Road 1408
