Band Booster Meeting
September 12, 2011

President Sheryl Vandine opened the meeting and introduced the new Board Members.

There were no minutes. 

Treasures report was given by Loretta Fredere and approved as read.

President Sheryl turned the meeting over to Mrs. Batts, she and gave us information on the Showcase of Bands atSoutheastHigh SchoolonMonday, September 19, 2011.

Students will leave the school at4:00Pm. Performance time is6:00PM.  All bands will be performing their half-time shows. Videos will be available for $20.00.

Discussion was held on hot dogs being served before each home game.  There was much discussion on fundraisers, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts card sells, bake sales at school, Craft /Yard Sale.

The Guard will have a candy sale.

We also discussed the Chili’s Night Out on September 27, 2011 at Chili’s on High Point Road.  Flyers we made and handed out at the Football game on Friday, September 23^rd.

We are also, looking for sponsors to put their logos on the band trailer.  Anyone that knows anyone or business please let Mrs. Batts know.
