• Friday, March 23^rd 
• 7:30 am – Buses arrive
• 8 am– Depart forWashington,DC
• 3 pm– Check in hotel or visit DC attraction
• 5:30 pm– Dinner at Hard Rock Café
• 7 pm– Monuments & Memorial tour with guide
• 10 pm– To hotel
• Saturday, March 24^th 
• 7 am– Breakfast at the hotel
• 8:30 am– Depart forWashington
• 9 am- Step-on guide for tour ofWashington
• Lunch on your own
• 12:50pm Capitol Building Tour
• 2:40pm – Free time to visit the Smithsonians
• 5:30 pm– Dinner at Armand’s Pizza
• 7:30 pm– Admission to 1776 The Musical at Ford’s Theatre
• 10:30 pm– To hotel
• Sunday, March 25^th
• 7 am– Breakfast at the hotel
• 10 am– Tour ofKennedyCenter
• Lunch on your own
• 3:30 pm– Performance at the Capitol
• 7 pm– Dinner Dance cruise with DJ aboard Spirit Cruises
• 10:30 pm– To hotel
• Monday, March 26^th 
• 7 am – Breakfast at the hotel
• 8:30 am – Depart for home

Plus money for Souvenirs if you want them

Payment Schedule: 

• Oct 21              $25.00 NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit (must be cash/check/credit card payment) *
• Nov 17              $75.00 NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit (must be cash/check/credit card payment)
• Jan 15              $165.00 (fundraising funds can be used)
• Feb 15              $125.00 (fundraising funds can be used)

Total:           $390.00  this is based on a Quint Room (5 people)

* This has changed because Mrs. Lawson and I received the contract on Tuesday and the Travel Agent forgot to mention that the first deposit was due on the 21^st to cover the cost of the 1776 theater tickets.  This must be paid by the 21^st! We need it to ensure that everyone will have a spot to watch the play.
